1. How long before I receive my item(s)?
All of our items are made to order and may take up to 3 weeks (7-10 business days) “excludes weekends & holydays” turnaround time varies depending on work load. If you need your ordered rushed please contact us prior to making your purchase to ensure that you will get your order made & shipped in time for your needed date.

2. Do you offer express mail? Yes
We offer express shipping but that only means that your item will be placed in front of other orders to get it rushed & shipped out quicker for the date needed. (Next day shipping for our items is not offered because all the items are made when the order is placed.)

3. What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No refunds/No exchanges.
4. What is my tracking number?
Once the item is ready to be shipped we print the label via Paypal. You will then receive an email confirmation with the tracking number sent to the email associated with your paypal account. (sometimes will be found in the spam/junk mail).
**Please note that all shipping labels print with the address stated on each customer’s paypal account**. We are not responsible if the address is not correct.
5. Do we custom?
Yes, we are able to custom make any design that you like.

7. How do your sizes run?
Each garment may vary depending on the material. See the size chart that we have, located on the home page. For further details of a garment that you are interested in, please see the detail log of each garment, prior to purchase. **Please note that all sales are final, therefor it is imperative you chose the correct sizing for your garment**
8. I received the wrong/ missing product.
